Olivoil Emulsifier

Olivoil Emulsifier is a lipopolypeptide based emulsifier obtained by olive oil fatty acids reacted with gluten free polypeptide.
It can be used to formulate mild, anionic, lamellar liquid crystals emulsions with different viscosity, silicon like after feel, emollient and tensor effect; available in RSPO version.
