General terms and conditions of sale

In order to strengthen the commercial partnership with our customers, and to operate within a clear legal framework, Kalichem S.r.l has adopted their own General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), to regulate the sale of all goods in which they are the sellers. These GTCS are drafted in English and in the language of the Country where the company is based, and apply irrespective of the Country of destination of the goods, or of residence of the purchaser.

Other subsidiaries of our Group are gradually adopting their own GTCS, which will be soon published.

In this specific area of our website, our business partners will be able to know the GTCS that apply to their transactions, simply by referring to the relevant Kalichem company responsible for issuing their invoices.
